China Glaze for Days - China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise

This is a gentler neon, a bright, with a very nice shimmer finish to it. Easy to control, and a great summer eye-catcher.

    Neons can often be semi-matte if you neglect to apply a topcoat. The makers expect you to apply a topcoat to most polishes, and you should for longevity and to improve the way polish looks. :D
